Exploratory Essay Details

It will be helpful to refer to the details of your assignment as you work through the research process:

1).  Select a question, problem, or issue that genuinely perplexes you.

2).  Examine the question, problem or issue from a variety of perspectives, assessing the strengths and weaknesses of different points of view.  Do not answer the question that you are exploring, rather, report on the process of exploring it.

3).  Gather at least 4 non-Internet sources that inform your exploration of your topic.

4).  Write a 5-6 page paper including an MLA works cited page.  Your paper must be double-spaced in Times New Roman font.

Due Date:  December 9th

Information taken from the Exploratory Essay Assignment Sheet.
